A:Cleaning equipment: such as cleaning screens, used to screen out blind grains, straw, stones, and other impurities from grains.
Conveying equipment: such as elevators, used to lift grains to the feed inlet of the dryer, achieving the transportation of grains within the drying system.
Heating equipment: such as hot air furnaces, which transfer heat from the high-temperature flue gas produced by the combustion system to cold air, heating the cold air to form hot air, meeting the heat demand during the drying process.
Dryer: the main site for heat exchange between grains and hot air, where the structure and design of the drying layer affect the drying efficiency and quality of the grains.

Q5: Can the dryer be installed outdoors?
A: Yes, but it is not recommended due to the following drawbacks of outdoor operation:
Exposure to various weather conditions can lead to malfunctions, material degradation, rust, and reduced service life.
Rainwater intrusion may cause equipment damage and grain mold. Grain may also get wet during loading/unloading.
Low ambient temperatures at night or in winter increase fuel consumption.
